Benevento Rural Farmhouse Restoration

This restoration and expansion project concerns a charming rural stone farmhouse, nestled in the evocative setting of the Benevento hills. The design concept was born with a dual objective: to restore the original structure to its ancient splendor and to convert it into a typical restaurant and B&B hospitality hub, ideal for exclusive events and holiday stays.

The design also involved the extensive outdoor area, through a refined garden design and the creation of pedestrian paths harmoniously and respectfully integrated into the natural context. One of the fundamental roles of the entire intervention was the meticulous study of lighting throughout the day, supported by detailed HD renders developed to define the nocturnal atmosphere and enhance the stone volumes.
