The modern concept of workspace goes beyond the rigid division into rooms to embrace fluidity. This office project develops as a single, large multifunctional space, designed to adapt flexibly to the needs of every type of user. The structure, articulated on multiple levels, creates a volumetric dynamism that offers plays of perspectives and unprecedented views from every angle.
From a material point of view, the environment is conceived as a neutral canvas with a strong character: the industrial nature of the polished concrete floor is warmed by natural wood inserts and coverings. This subtle and elegant base sets the stage for a careful selection of furnishings, which includes iconic pieces of international design, and a varied lighting system that defines the different work and relaxation zones.
The distinctive and ingenious feature of the project is the orientation system (wayfinding) integrated directly into the architecture. On the floor, a grid of colored lines intuitively guides users: by following a specific color scheme, the user is smoothly and playfully led to the office or destination area. A detail that combines a pop and graphic aesthetic with rigorous distributive functionality.

We believe design is both a creative and a technical act.
Every project is the result of careful analysis of spaces, client needs, and the expressive potential of materials.
3D rendering is not just a representation tool, but an integral part of the creative and communication process.
